Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a safe nurturing environment, where women can develop life skills—such as budgeting, housing, employment and educational resources, conflict resolution, and trauma informed care groups to promote growth and resilience.To empower women through supportive housing and soft skills training, fostering confidence, independence, and long-term stability.
Objectives
Provide safe, affordable housing for up to 6 women at a time. Deliver weekly workshops on soft skills and personal development. Partner with local organizations for job placement and mentorship. Achieve 80% transition rate to independent living within 12 months.
